Southern Logistic Financial Inc. offers paymaster services to many clients, both domestic and foreign for many types of transactions involving the purchase of various commodities. These can include but are not limited to gold, fuel, tank storage, international trade and even real property. We provide payment services as a performance paying agent enabling cross-border commerce. All such transactions must be compliant with federal authorities including the U.S. Treasury Department and Homeland Security. We work with such clients to assist in prompt payment of their fees within the guidelines of governmental authorities and regulations

What are Paymaster Services

A paymaster acts as a neutral third party responsible for receiving and distributing funds in large transactions. Their primary role is to assist parties involved in the transaction meet their payment obligations. Adding this additional safeguard allows the transaction payments to be safely and efficiently sent. When big money is at play, paymasters act as a neutral third party to assist in finalizing the transaction. Southern Logistics Financial, Inc. receives funds based on an invoice which has previously been approved by the buyer. The buyer approves the paymaster agreement authorizing the release of funds to the agent. We do not investigate nor do we provide any type of due diligence. Such tasks are the responsibility of the buyer.
